Details:
- NGRST is a United States swimming team and
is a member of Georgia Swimming
- The team abides by USS and GA Swimming
Rules and Regulations.
- USS Certified coach Barry Gay
- Team members are 5 to 18 years of age
- The team practices and competes on a year
round basis.
- Practices are on Mon., Wed., & Fri.:
Least experienced swimmers - 5 pm - 6 pm
More experienced swimmers - 5 pm - 6:30
pm
(some 2 hour practices during the High
School season)
