2025 USA Swimming Registration
Registration for the 2025 USA Swimming Membership Year opens September 1, 2025. A registration link for all members (athletes, coaches, officials, and other non-athletes) will be provided by your club. If you are not a member of a Georgia Swimming club, you can get the link to register as an unattached (UN) member from Lora Thompson - [email protected]
2025 REGISTRATION FEES:
Premium Athlete - $89
Flex Athletes (age 12 & under; limited to 2 meets per registration year; upgradable to Premium) - $20
Non-Athlete (Other, Coach (including Provisional and Junior), Official) - $78
Non-Athlete Administrators - $30
Outreach Athletes (must qualify for this category) - $7
Life Members- $1010
Individual Season Athletes (expires 150 days from date of registration; upgradable to Premium prior to expiration) $51
Year Round Club - $130 (USAS fee paid at registration, GA Swimming fee invoiced to club)
Seasonal Club - $75 (USAS fee paid at registration, GA Swimming fee invoiced to club)

The USA Swimming Member Registration process for athletes is separate from and in addition to Club Registration

Each Member registers directly at www.usaswimming.org to become a new member or renew an existing membership (unless club has opted for bulk renewal)

Registration requires USA Swimming Account Access

The USA Swimming and Georgia Swimming registration fees will be paid by the member at the time of registration

FORMS FOR ATHLETES
All athletes registering as members of a Georgia Swimming club should register with a link from their respective club. Unattached athletes should reach out to Lora Thompson ([email protected]) for a registration link from the LSC.

ATHLETE TRANSFERS AND FEES:
The Club Transfer button is available in the USA Swimming member record. The individual should initiate the transfer and upon submission, the transfer request will show up in the LSC approval list.
There is a $5.00 transfer fee for each athlete transfer within the LSC. This fee will be waived when accompanied by a renewal in the months of September – December. The fee will also be waived if it has been more than one year since the athlete was registered with USA Swimming. There is no transfer fee for athletes coming to Georgia Swimming from another LSC. There is no transfer fee for non-athlete members.
