Club Description 

Eagle Swimming Association is a coach-run program of 200+ in northeast Houston (TX). The LSC (Gulf  Swimming) is very competitive and our community is ripe for growing swimming. Our team has a rich  age group history at the state level (TAGS), and our high schoolers have shown promise at both club  (Zones, Sectionals & Jrs) and interscholastic (high school state) levels. The community also has large  summer league feeder programs (+/- 1000 athletes). We practice out of two, 8-lane high school facilities  (year around) and rent long-course lanes (a few days a week in the summer.)  

ESA is perfect for a knowledgeable, energetic & passionate Head coach, or seasoned Head Age Group  coach (with the same qualities) looking to move to a head position and grow the program. Candidates  must have/show leadership, instructional, engagement, and relationship abilities/characteristics. The cost of living in Texas - in particular, Houston - is very low compared to the rest of the nation.
